Give credit where credit is deserved
DEAR EDITOR:
A recent letter complained how the Democrats are responsible for everything bad in this country. I would like to counter that letter with our accomplishments: Social Security; women’s rights to control their bodies; civil rights; women’s suffrage; the New Deal, which helped stabilize farms and addressed the Dust Bowl and people starving; the GI Bill; the Marshall plan; NATO; medicare; the Affordable Care Act; patient protection.
By the way, where is the health care plan Trump promised us in 2017? It was going to be a beautiful plan.
