City board signs pair of sewer replacement contracts
YOUNGSTOWN — The city’s board of control approved two contracts, totaling $607,076, with Marucci & Gaffney Excavating Co. for a pair of emergency sewer replacement projects. The board voted 3-0 on Thursday for both contracts with the Youngstown-based company.
