YSU faculty member awarded

Billy Green, a part-time faculty member in Youngstown State University’s Beeghly College of Liberal Arts, Social Sciences and Education, has received the 2026 Outstanding Teacher Educator Award from the Ohio Association of Teacher Educators. RAILCARS DISPLAYED: The Mahoning Valley Railroad Heritage Association Museum, 1340 Poland Ave., Youngstown, will be open 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. There will be two cabooses visitors can walk through, as well as other displays. Cost is $2 per person.
