ITALIAN FESTIVAL: Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Youngstown will host its 25th annual Italian Festival from Thursday to Sunday at the church grounds, 343 Via Mount Carmel Way. Hours are 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday to Saturday and noon to 9 p.m. Sunday with a procession at noon after the 11 a.m. Mass. There will be Italian food, auction, craft vendors, games, children’s activities, Little Prince and Little Princess contest and the naming of Man and Woman of the Year. Parking is free. INSPIRING MINDS MARKETS: This summer, more than 300 students in the Mahoning Valley participated in Inspiring Minds’ six-week summer enrichment program.
