STREETSCAPE PLANTING DAY: Youngstown CityScape will host the annual Streetscape Planting Day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in downtown Youngstown. The event provides an opportunity for community members to be part of the community development. In case of inclement weather the event will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Sunday.
