OPEN HOUSE: The Jewish Community Center of Youngstown will host an open house at its Logan Campus, 3245 Logan Way, Liberty, 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday. Included in the open house will be raffles and Plinko prize fun. The outdoor campus offers a variety of options for JCC members and their guests, including a pool, an aquatic climbing wall, pickleball, sand volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, a pavilion and a snack shack. RIVERFEST 2026: Friends of the Mahoning River is coming to Lowellville for the 15th annual Riverfest 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, with a day of family fun, environmental education and river recreation at Lowellville Riverfront Park. A ribbon cutting for the newly improved park is at noon. There will be local vendors, kayaking with Buckeye Water to Trail Adventures, a pop-up library and musical acts.
