Police activity reported April 7-21:

April 21, 11:25 p.m. — Bruce R. Bloomberg, 36, of 9754 Deltona Drive, New Springfield, was arrested on a warrant following a suspicious vehicle call at Town and Country Motel, 5235 Market St.

4:17 p.m. — Andrew P. Deal, 42, of 4390 Yates Road, Salem, was arrested on a warrant following a suspicious person call at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, 385 Boardman Canfield Road.

1:36 p.m. — Jacob A. Howley, 32, of 4076 Baymar Drive, Youngstown, was arrested for physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs following a call of a person passed out in a vehicle at 4076 Baymar Drive.

1:12 p.m. — Michael D. Miller, 61, of 514 Western Reserve Road, turned himself in on a theft warrant.

9:30 a.m. — Kyrese T. North, 20, of 3312 Southern Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested for tampering with evidence, trafficking in drugs and obstructing official business, and a 15-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested on a warrant following a search warrant at 125 Shadyside Drive.

April 20, 11:09 p.m. — Whitney M. Dowdy, 27, of 1108 Sixth St., Canton, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

10:04 p.m. — Devin M. Habib, 34, of 4630 Canterbury Lane, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

6:14 p.m. — Michael L. Kean, 20, of 252 Lisbon St., Canfield, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

6:03 p.m. — David L. Cochrane. 25, of 114 Jackson St., Campbell, was was arrested on a warrant by Austintown police and transferred to Boardman police.

3:41 p.m. — Keyoshia M. Shaw, 27, of 761 East Philadelphia Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

1:48 p.m. — Michael Jackson, 32, of 489 Idora Ave., Youngstown, turned himself in on three warrants.

11:40 a.m. — Elizabeth G. Flickinger, 24, of 9401 Dutchtown School Road, Rogers, was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop on Boardman Canfield Road.

9:39 a.m. — Ralph J. Nespeca, 55, of 130 Erskine Ave., was arrested on seven theft warrants out of Boardman court.

April 18, 10:54 p.m. — Victoria M. Manzo, 59, of 649 E. Liberty St., Girard, was arrested on a charge of OVI following a crash at 492 McClurg Road.

9:20 p.m. — Shaquia L. Rice, 28, and Larry A. McHellon, 34, both of 106 West Chalmers Ave., Youngstown, were each arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

6:58 a.m. — Charly A. Quesada, 40, of 69 Saranac Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, assault on a police officer, intimidation of a public servant and retaliation of a public servant following a drug activity call to 5135 Market St.

April 16, 12:20 a.m. — Mark A. Young, 55, of 361 West Myrtle Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on two theft warrants following a traffic stop on Stanton Avenue.

April 14, 8:29 p.m. — Charles M. Lauck, 60, of 1959 Walton Road, Kent, was arrested on a domestic violence warrant in Portage County and transfered to Boardman police.

6:31 p.m. — Justin W. Howard, 37, of 1660 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on warrants from Boardman and Trumbull County following a traffic stop on Market Street.

4:04 p.m. — Jessica R. Davis, 37, of 305 Youngstown Kingsville Road, Vienna, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of drug abuse instruments following a shoplifting call at Home Depot. 7001 Southern Blvd.

April 13, 3:33 p.m. — Alvin P. Taylor, 53, and Shaqualia L. Leflore, 38, both of 7109 Market St., were arrested on a theft charge following a shoplifting call at Macy’s 7401 Market St.

1:00 p.m. — Anthony Lombardo, 47, of 91 Lemans Drive, was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property and obstructing official business following a call to Macy’s, 7401 Market St.

April 11, 9:08 a.m. — Ricky L. Hodges, 22, of 1920 Warwick Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

1:32 a.m. — Angela L. Powers, 32, of 580 Afton Ave., was arrested on a Trumbull County warrant following a traffic stop on South Avenue.

April 10, 9:48 p.m. — Jacwana L. Colpetro, 28, of 2101 Summer St., Youngstown, and Nauje Mo N. Adams, 19, of 550 E. Boston Ave., Youngstown, were each arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

April 9, 10:16 p.m. — Jesse J. Jackson, 80, of 6640 Market St., was arrested following a domestic violence call to the Wagon Wheel Motel, 7015 Market St.

6:51 p.m. — Chemara M. Davis, 29, 813 Cameron Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop on South Avenue.

4:15 p.m. — Jeffrey J. Braund, 30, of 1610 Atkinson Ave., Youngstown, turned himself in on a criminal damaging warrant.

2:34 a.m. — David L. Cochrane, 25, of 114 Jackson St., Campbell, was arrested on a warrant.

12:53 a.m. — Patrick R. Braxton, 25, of 4646 Canterbury Lane, was arrested following an assault call to Red Roof Inn, 1051 Tiffany Blvd.

1:41 a.m. — Lamont L. Blair, 56, of 5049 Aravesta Ave., was arrested for drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Shields Road.

April 7, 9:11 p.m. — Michael E. Davis, 56, of 2635 Austin St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

1:07 p.m. — Derrick G. McIntosh, 52, of 962 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia following a shoplifting call to J.C. Penney, 7401 Market St.

March 29, 3:18 p.m. — Michelle E. Valentino, 50, 8280 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Marc’s, 7121 Tiffany Blvd.

3:08 a.m. — Nelson Jorge, 57, 491 Fourth St., Struthers, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation into a man slumped over the steering wheel of a running vehicle at Sheetz, 134 Boardman-Poland Road.

March 28, 4:23 p.m. — Ray L. Rowlands, 28, 1339 Vernon Ave., Warren, was arrested on a charge of theft following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a fraudulent return of merchandise.

4 p.m. — Ashlinette Sanchez, 29, 103 Monroe St., Campbell, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

March 27, 5:30 p.m. — Andre L. Scott, 41, 325 Mathews Road, Boardman, was arrested on a Trumbull County warrant on a secret indictment for the charges of having weapons under a disability, tampering with evidence and possession of cocaine, following a traffic stop on Mathews Road.

3 p.m. — Corey J. Jones, 24, 4805 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a call regarding a couple arguing.

March 26, 2:08 a.m. — Curt R. Appleman, 34, 45 S. Maryland Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft.

March 25, 5:05 p.m. — Steven L. Tickerhoof, 48, 17670 Lundy Lane, Lake Milton, was arrested on a theft charge related to a Feb. 5 incident at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

March 24, 11:35 p.m. — Shonqualin D. Hendrix, 25, 1010 Compass West, Youngstown, was arrested on charges of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was cited for misdemeanor drug abuse (marijuana) following a call to 4200 Hillman Way to check on a suspicious vehicle.

6 p.m. –Lawrence R. Reed, 22, 733 Cranberry Lane, Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence.

5:14 a.m. — Antwan K. Teemer, 34, 819 Lexington Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Pittsburgh Police warrant for aggravated assault following a call to Town and Country Motel, 5235 Market St. regarding a guest attempting to get a partial refund.
