Trump’s government deserves a shutdown

DEAR EDITOR: What government shutdown are we talking about? If it’s the government of the people, for the people, that government ceased to exist when Trump began his rule. So the only government left to shut down is the government of Trump and the new GOP, and if that falters we’re not losing too much. EAR EDITOR: I was surprised to see that The Vindicator gave an Orchid to the Poland Township Trustees for reversing their decision to permit construction of a cell tower on the township administration building property six months after it was approved. As pointed out in the Oct. 10 article in The Vindicator, a big concern from residents was the lack of transparency or community input on the matter from the start. Aaron Young is not an honest director

DEAR EDITOR: This is the third year of trying to rid Mill Creek MetroParks park of deer, and to the list is added small animals such as river otters, raccoons and opossums. The park is really messing up the ecosystem. The deer haven’t done any damage; they use weed killer and blame the deer. We have proof. The sad thing is the golfers are not bothered by the deer. Most enjoy seeing them.
