Use ARP to fix sewer overflow in Mill Creek
DEAR EDITOR:
I commend you for your editorial “ARP spending in Youngstown lacks broad vision.” A broader vision, like beginning a plan to eliminating combined sewer overflow, or CSOs, especially in Mill Creek Park, would benefit the park and community for generations.
