April 30, 4 a.m. — Jamar R. Berry, 45, 3973 S. Schenley Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on a Boardman theft warrant.

April 29, 2:30 p.m. — Brett D. Busch, 60, 2134 Roy St., Youngstown, was served at the Trumbull County jail on a Boardman vandalism warrant.

5:27 a.m. — Jonathan J. McFall, 33, 3266 Southern Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested at Dunkin’, 3900 Market St., on a Brookfield warrant for menacing and was issued a summons for obstructing official business and possession of drug paraphernalia.

5:22 a.m. — A 16-year-old Boardman girl was arrested on a unruly juvenile charge at an undisclosed location.

1:25 a.m. — Ta’Kari Chester, 19, 7485 Huntington Drive, Boardman, was arrested by Girard police on a Boardman domestic violence warrant.

April 28, 10:21 p.m. — A 15-year-old Boardman boy was arrested at a Squirrel Hill Drive residence on charges of unruly juvenile and domestic violence.

9:46 p.m. — Trevon D. Weaver, 33, 542 Cohasset Drive, Youngstown, was arrested at Dunkin’, 3900 Market St., on a criminal trespassing charge.

9:30 p.m. — Daniel J. Mastroianni, 29, 312 Potomac Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge at Target.

5:56 p.m. — Steven S. Moses, 38, 739 Coitsville Road, Campbell, was arrested at an undisclosed address on charges of criminal trespassing and menacing by stalking.

4:54 p.m. — Johnny J. Favors, 44, 369 Maplewood Ave., Struthers, was arrested on Arden Boulevard on a charge of aggravated burglary.

3:49 p.m. — Takari Chester, 19, 7485 Huntington Drive, Boardman, was arrested by Warren police on a Boardman assault warrant.

2:08 p.m. — Amanda M. Offenbecher, 30, 602 N. Four Mile Run Road, Austintown, was arrested by Youngstown police on a Boardman theft warrant.

11:59 a.m. — Trevon D. Weaver, 33, 542 Cohasset Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing after a second time returning to Dunkin’, 3900 Market St.

11 a.m. — Jessica L. Melott, 25, 1884 Lower Elkton Road, Columbiana, was arrested at the police station on a Boardman theft warrant.

10:40 a.m. — Rina A. Mansour, 38, 5720 Loretta Drive, Boardman, was arrested at the police station on a Boardman theft warrant.

3:27 a.m. — Irvin J. Brandon, 32, 464 Lora Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at Sheetz on charges of theft and carrying a concealed weapon.

2:55 a.m. — Dominic M. Jackson, 42, 7544 Market St., Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on charges of obstructing official business and was cited for pedestrian walking in the road.

April 27, 11:24 p.m. — Cameron X. Atwood, 22, 817 Cameron Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge at True North gas station.

9:17 p.m. — Nicholas A. Williams, 57, 17 Wilma Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on a charge of OVI and was cited for disobeying a traffic control device (stop sign).

5:16 p.m. — Carl L. Moore, 35, 71 E. Ravenwood Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at 5319 Southern Blvd. on Mahoning County warrants for aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence, and on charges of obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

2:48 p.m. — Shae R. Dougalewicz, 28, 6766 Tanglewood Drive, Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop in Boardman Park on a domestic violence warrant.

12:30 p.m. — Jarell L. Heard, 39, 161 W. Chalmers Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on two Boardman warrants for theft.

April 26, 6:09 p.m. — William L. McDowell, 68, 362 Edwards St., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on South Avenue on a charge of OVI and was cited for open container and an expired registration.

3:36 a.m. — Brian E. Kirkland, 40, 247 W. Main St., Ravenna, was arrested at the Southern Park Mall on a charge of having physical control of a vehicle while impaired.

April 25, 8:16 p.m. — Lorraine M. Wells, 82, 4055 South Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart.

9:49 a.m. — Jarell L. Heard, 39, 161 W. Chalmers Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on Doral Drive on a Mahoning County larceny warrant, and on charges of obstructing official business, criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

2:13 a.m. — Benjamin C. Ludban, 23, 8032 Glenwood Ave., Boardman, was arrested at the Southern Park Mall on a domestic violence charge.

1:33 a.m. — A 17-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested at the Best Western on Tiffany South on charges of underage possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana, underage possession of tobacco products and a curfew violation.

April 24, 11:45 p.m. — Robert S. Stanar, 52, 48 Ewing Road, Boardman, was arrested at the Wishing Well, 7170 West Blvd., on a Boardman warrant for criminal trespassing and on two new charges of criminal trespassing.

8:16 p.m. — A 17-year-old New Castle, Pa., girl was arrested on a theft charge at Target.

2:57 p.m. — Bonita M. Cox, 78, 19906 state Route 164, Salineville, was arrested on a theft charge at Target.

2:32 p.m. — A 13-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested at a Beachwood Drive residence on an unruly juvenile charge.

1:52 p.m. — Wayne L. Martin, 44, 1609 Meadowbrook Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on East Midlothian Boulevard on a Boardman domestic violence warrant and was cited for driving while under suspension.

April 23, 11 p.m. — A 16-year-old Boardman girl was arrested on Mathews Road on an unruly juvenile charge.

6:15 p.m. — Jason T, Tosh, 21, 4025 Holiday Park Drive, Murrysville, Pa., was booked at the police station on a falsification charge.

5:10 p.m. — Jennifer L. Illes, 35, 1744 Penny Lane, Austintown, was booked at the police station on seven theft charges.

3:04 p.m. — Julian C. Hicks, 24, 2011 S. Heights Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at the Get-Go Cafe, 133 Boardman-Poland Road, on a parole violation warrant on multiple weapons offenses.

1:14 a.m. — Adam M. Mohammad, 22, 4910 Brookwood Road, Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop on Brookwood Road on a Boardman aggravated menacing warrant.

April 22, 4:20 p.m. — Walter N. Graham, 76, 1431 Elm St., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on a Youngstown warrant for failure to appear on a seat belt citation and on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe) and was cited for two brake lights required.
