Road restrictions in effect in Youngstown
YOUNGSTOWN — One lane of traffic on Park Avenue will be closed to vehicles by Stambaugh Auditorium for a roof replacement project at the facility.
The sidewalk near the building is also closed.
The project is expected to take about four weeks.
Also, Market Street between Breaden Street and Falls Avenue will be limited to one lane of traffic in each direction for about a week.
That is because of an emergency sewer repair in the area.
