Mental health board hires two
YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County Mental Health and Recovery Board hired two people and announced the retirement of the clinical director.
Director Bill Carbonell is retiring this month after 18 years. A replacement has not been selected.
“On behalf of myself and the entire board, we thank Bill for his service to the community and commitment to meeting the mental health needs of individuals and families throughout the county,” Duane Piccirilli, executive director of the board, said.
Michelle Werth was hired as a clinical specialist, beginning in October, at $71,000 per year. And Tracy Moracco was hired at $23,920 per year as clerical support for the board.
“These talented and skilled professionals will help us continue to fulfill our mission of supporting and improving the quality of life for residents of Mahoning County,” Piccirilli said.
