The Shake ’Em on Down tour brings a trio of blues acts to the Robins Theatre on Dec. 12. The lineup features Samantha Fish, a Grammy-nominated guitar player who’s played in Warren several times; Cedric Burnside, a Grammy winner and the grandson of Mississippi bluesman R.L.
