WCMA brings Piano Men to Packard

A quartet of pianists will play the music of The Greatest Piano Men for the next Warren Civic Music Association concert.

The Greatest Piano Men features Donnie Kehr, Bill Connors, David K. Maiocco and Peter Peterkin.

Kehr performs the songs of Billy Joel. His Broadway credits include “Jersey Boys,” “The Who’s Tommy” and “Billy Elliot,” and he’s also appeared in the films “Jersey Boys,” “Wall Street” and “Chaplin.”

Connors, who performs as Elton John, has appeared on “America’s Got Talent” and Legends in Concert.

In addition to portraying Liberace in The Greatest Piano Men, Maiocco portrayed the flamboyant pianist in “Lee Squared — The Liberace and Peggy Lee Comeback Tour” and received a Broadway World nomination for his role in the one man stage musical “Liberace!”

Peterkin does triple duty, performing as Little Richard, Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles. He can do more than 200 impressions, and he appeared on the finals of “America’s Got Talent” in 2009 as “The Rock & Roll President.”

The concert starts at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Packard Music Hall, 1703 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren. Single tickets are $40 and are available at the Packard box office and through Ticketmaster.
