Youngstown State University Professor Emeritus George Beelen will speak at a Boardman Historical Society program on Saturday.

Beelen is founder of the Ohio Cultural Alliance, co-founder of the Ethnic Heritage Society and is the current president of the Mahoning Valley Historical Society. He will talk about his book “Genius Knows No Boundaries.”
