After a year that knocked out nearly all summer park concerts and a second season that left a few communities still on the sidelines, there is no shortage of opportunities to enjoy free music under the sun (hopefully) this summer.

The W.D. Packard Concert Band brings the music outdoors in the summer with outdoor concerts at the south lawn bandshell at Packard Music Hall, 1703 Mahoning Ave. N.W., Warren. The summer season includes performances by the full band as well as the Big Band Sound of Packard, the Packard Dixieland Band and Brass Metropolis, a Chicago tribute band that features members of the Packard band. Warren Farmers Market

Fine Arts Council of Trumbull County will provide free entertainment for the weekly farmers market, which runs from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesdays on the grounds of the Kinsman House, 303 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren.
