DEAR EDITOR: I attended the April 7 town hall that Michael Rulli deemed a “pathetic spectacle.” The standing-room-only event was evidence of this congressional district’s desire to be heard and acknowledged by its government officials. It is alarming that my representative has been unwilling to host a public forum to listen to the concerns of his constituents. DEAR EDITOR: Growing up in Canfield, White House Fruit Farm was a local favorite. My first job, weekends out with family and friends. Lots of good memories. I am sad to observe it has turned so commercial as evidenced with the latest and greatest, “Walk in the Tulips.” I was all for this, until I looked online and realized that it was taken by reservations, for $15 a person.
