DEAR EDITOR: Mill Creek Park Executive Director Aaron Young is indeed nefarious and there certainly are evil motives. The count of 387 deer the first year was a blatant lie that Aaron infiltrated all of the media with. That lie was with intent, therefore being very nefarious and led by a madman. Rulli should defend his vote in person

DEAR EDITOR: I’m disappointed in Rep. Michael Rulli’s support for the so-called “Big Beautiful Bill,” which includes damaging cuts to Medicaid. For many in our community, Medicaid is a lifeline — not a luxury. By backing these cuts, Rep. Rulli is turning his back on seniors, children and working families who rely on that coverage. Worse, he’s doing it without facing the people it affects. If Rep. Some differences after moving to Ohio

DEAR EDITOR: I moved to the Mahoning Valley from Erie County, Pa., for a position at the LG chem plant. I was surprised at the lax consumer protections in Ohio as compared to Pennsylvania. The first thing I noticed was how Ohio gas stations price spread fuel grades. In Ohio there is at least a $1.00 price spread between 87 and 93 octane; some stations have a $1.50 price spread! In Pennsylvania, it’s usually 60/70 cents. The second thing, Ohio businesses are not required by law to post signs if they pass swipe fees onto consumers.
