Public library board should review costs DEAR EDITOR: I’m finding it difficult to believe you gave an orchid to the Library Board Trustees for its decision to replace the Poland Library building. I waited until after the May 5 elections before submitting this. My question is this. How is it that Mark Hanni was not ticketed for crashing his Cadillac through an Arby’s restaurant window? Supposedly he was sitting in his car with the engine running with his foot on the brake with the car in drive. His carelessness and lack of common sense caused significant damage to the building.
