Public library board should review costs DEAR EDITOR: I’m finding it difficult to believe you gave an orchid to the Library Board Trustees for its decision to replace the Poland Library building. You stated that this was a fiscally responsible decision. This is in direct opposition to what you reported in your article on the library board meeting.
