Deborah A. Lowe 1959-2020

AUSTINTOWN — Deborah Ann Lowe, 60, passed from this life and was called home Wednesday, March 4, 2020.

Debbie was born Aug. 25, 1959, in Youngstown, the daughter of MaryAnn Wuckovich and Clair Cooper.

She was a 1978 Austintown Fitch graduate and married her husband Wayne in 1979.

Debbie’s creativity led her to own a successful primitive art / decor business with her husband for many years. She later became a cosmetologist working in the Howland area. She was passionate about both and made many friendships along the way.

Her friends and family will remember Debbie’s strength, contagious joy for life and heart of gold. She enjoyed shopping, anything chocolate, going out to eat and spending time with loved ones and her dog, Bianca. “She was a very proud Mom and Grammy. We will miss her smile, the sound of her laughter, her advice and her constant example of love.”

Debbie leaves behind her husband Wayne of 40 years, who loved and cared for her until the end. Her children, Missy and Don Kerens, Danielle Lowe and Dannie Litwiler and Jason and Nina Lowe; her three grandchildren, Carson, Peyton and Kinsley; her loving parents “Coop” and MaryAnn; her brother, Rick (Sandy) Cooper; nieces, Mandy and Julie; nephew, Ricky; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, all of whom she cared for.

The family will hold a memorial service to celebrate Debbie’s life at 10 a.m. Friday, April 3, 2020 at Tabernacle Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 2432 South Raccoon Road, Youngstown.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations made to ALS.org.
