Staff report LIBERTY — Liberty police were taken on another chase Friday as an ATV driver managed to evade them. According to a police report, two officers were patrolling the areas of Belmont Avenue and Euclid Boulevard when one saw a person on an ATV cross the road and stop in front of a dumpster on the north side of a smoke shop.
