Staff report WARREN — The Warren City Health District issued a news release Friday warning that individuals who were at the St. Joseph Warren Hospital emergency room or the ER waiting area on Aug. 23 could have been exposed to measles. ATV driver leads Liberty police on chase

Staff report LIBERTY — Liberty police were taken on another chase Friday as an ATV driver managed to evade them. According to a police report, two officers were patrolling the areas of Belmont Avenue and Euclid Boulevard when one saw a person on an ATV cross the road and stop in front of a dumpster on the north side of a smoke shop. The report states the officer attempted to stop the driver for suspicious activity and operating an ATV on the road, and the driver stopped, waved and said he was driving home.
