WHAT: Village council meeting Tuesday

PRESENT: Jim Walkama, Michael Zembower, Chris Graff, Sam Moffie, Anthony Lattanzio, J. Michael Thompson, Mayor Timothy Sicafuse

Council:

• Approved the annual agreement with ms Consultants to serve the village engineer;

• Approved an agreement with Tailored IT Solutions for website management;

• Established a strategic planning special committee to regularly strategize and propose recommendations regarding the contents of the 2021 Poland strategic plan;

• Denied the recommendation from the BLUPR committee to enter into one of the proposed contracts for livestreaming meetings and sent the item back to committee for further discussion;

• Approved the establishment of an Amazon Prime account for the village;

• Accepted a quote from Tri-County All Purpose Painting to paint the interior of village hall for $5,007;

• Approved an agreement with Custom Creative Construction to install a railing inside the police department at a price not to exceed $2,700;

• Authorized the police department and street department to enter into a consulting relationship with Allison Dunham regarding recruitment to open positions.
