Police activity reported Nov. 11-24:

Nov. 24, 7:20 p.m. — Police officers met with Youngstown police officers to arrest two people wanted on warrants: Jasmine N. Riddle, 39, of East Philadelphia Avenue and Eddie Del Cruz, 28, of West Market Street, Warren.

2:25 p.m. — A Cardinal Drive woman reported her boss made her feel unsafe and went to her home to tell her to get back to work during her lunch break.

1:51 p.m. — A woman reported jewelry missing from a package she received at a P.O. box.

Nov. 22, 11:20 p.m. — A Madison Road man reported his tires were slashed.

3:58 p.m. — Police pulled over a vehicle because the registration was not visible after watching it pull in to the Motel 30, 1600 Motor Inn Drive, and leave shortly after. Because it was in a “high narcotics area” and it took longer for the vehicle to stop than usual, police ran a K-9 around the car. When one of the men objected and got out of the vehicle while wearing a sheath, police ordered him to the ground at gun point and detained him in handcuffs. The dog “positively alerted on the vehicle” and police searched it, finding nothing. Police arrested Gary A. Allen Jr. of Rome on a charge of obstructing official business.

8:45 a.m. — A Youngstown woman, Jean E. Tapscott, 32, Lansdowne Boulevard, was arrested on warrants and charged with theft, obstructing official business and resisting arrest after shoplifting was reported at Walmart, 200 Goldie Road. The suspect tried to run from the scene, used her sister’s name instead of hers and complained of chest pains and shortness of breath. She left the hospital even though a hold was placed on her, a police report states.

Nov. 21, 8:46 p.m. — After a traffic stop in the 3500 block of Belmont Avenue, Jonathan M. Trepp, 37, of Parma, was arrested on warrants through the Mahoning County Sheriff’s Office.

7:30 p.m. — An unresponsive woman and disabled vehicle was reported at Gypsy Lane and state Route 711.

3:03 p.m. — After a traffic stop on Belmont Avenue at Catherine Street for a cracked windshield, Gary M. Stanke, 42, Indiana Avenue, Girard, was arrested on a warrant and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 20, 6:36 p.m. — After reports a man was unresponsive in his vehicle in the parking lot of the Liberty Mini Mart, 3007 Belmont Ave., Scott R. Patterson, 59, Mosier Road, Girard, was taken to the hospital and charged with driving under the influence.

5:25 p.m. — Liberty police met with Youngstown police to pick up a man, Teron M. Villanueva, 27, West Boston Avenue, who was wanted on a warrant.

Nov. 19, 11:40 p.m. — After reports a man was destroying things and acting erratically, while fighting with a juvenile runaway girl, Brandon M. Faunda, 19, was charged with obstructing official business and criminal damaging.

Nov. 17, 11:08 p.m. — A woman, 37, reported she was grabbed by her hair and thrown into a vehicle as she walked on Belmont Avenue in front of Speedway, and then taken to Rodeway Inn, 4250 Belmont Ave., where two men raped her, choked her, robbed her and beat her in the room. Police were called, she was taken to the hospital and police recovered evidence from the room. Larry T. Burgess, 31, Palmer Avenue, and Marques L. White, 34, Southern Boulevard, were arrested during a traffic stop and charged with aggravated robbery, kidnapping and felonious assault. Burgess was charged with complicity and White was charged with rape, according to a police report.

Nov. 15, 11:16 a.m. — Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 676 Beverly Hills Drive.

Nov. 14, 7:15 p.m. — After domestic violence was reported at Days Inn, 1615 Liberty St., a warrant was issued for Jonathan D. Baritell.

5:10 p.m. — After a crash was reported at Belmont Avenue and Colonial Drive, Laura J. Dothard, 60, Burlington Street, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to yield.

8:19 a.m. — After a man was spotted removing steel siding from the lot behind 3136 Belmont Ave., John T. Bahr, 51, Sodom Hutchings Road, Vienna, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering.

Nov. 13, 11:35 p.m. — After domestic violence was reported at Days Inn, 1615 Liberty St., Naquan S. Traylor, 27, Chaney Circle, was arrested on charges of domestic violence.

6:34 p.m. — After a traffic stop for a headlight being out, Kenneth Coates, 30, Delaware Avenue, was arrested on a warrant and charges of CCW violations, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and having weapons under disability. Justine Whitney, 32, Buckeye Court, Youngstown, was charged with having an open container.

9:50 a.m. — A disturbance was reported with a temporary employee at Belmont Confections, 1598 Motor Inn Drive.

Nov. 12, 11:30 p.m. — After a driver drove away from a gas pump with the nozzle still in the vehicle, ripping the nozzle from the pump, Vincent M. Broll, 34, Warren Avenue, Niles, was charged with not having an operator’s license and hit skip.

4:33 p.m. — Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at 2008 Powder Mill Run Road.

3:25 p.m. — After a disturbance was reported at Rodeway Inn, 4250 Belmont Ave., Deconda R. Easley, 47, West Chalmers Avenue, was arrested on a warrant.

12:50 p.m. — After theft was reported at Walmart, 200 Goldie Road, Brian Gadson, 37, Julia Drive SW, Warren, was charged with theft and arrested on warrants.

7:46 a.m. — The theft of a load trailer was reported at 3551 Belmont Ave.

Nov. 11, 4:28 p.m. — A television was reported stolen from the conference room of Comfort Inn and Suites, 201 Perni Lane.

3:41 p.m. — A woman reported she was bitten by a dog in the parking lot of Rodeway Inn, 4250 Belmont Ave.
