Youngstown woman wins $184,000
YOUNGSTOWN — Lynn Henry of Youngstown had more than Independence Day to celebrate on Saturday. She won $184,000 in the Rolling Cash 5 drawing on July 4.
Henry will receive $132,480 after mandatory state and federal tax withholdings.
She bought her ticket at Raccoon Road Drive Thru in Canfield, which will receive a commission for selling the winning ticket.
