STRUTHERS — Beginning Monday, the Struthers Municipal Court will be open to the public from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, and from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays. Night court will resume 5 to 7 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of each month.

Everyone entering the building will be screened and social-distancing guidelines will be enforced.

The courtroom will be open to defendants, attorneys and witnesses or victims who have been subpoenaed.

In-person filings will be accepted by appointment only.

Two designated drop boxes at the municipal building will accept criminal and traffic payments. Those bills can also be paid by credit or debit cards on strutherscourt.com.

Beginning July 1, the court will resume blocking driver’s licenses for non-payment.

Community service will be by appointment only by calling 330-540-2354.
