WHAT: City Council meeting Monday

PRESENT: Mayor Ben Kyle, William J. Williams, Bonnie Viele, Robin V. Zambrini, Michael J. Mogg, Michael Toda, Jerome C. Crowe, Michael E. Kerr and Ryan M. Hallapy

Councilmen:

• Appointed Lorrie Brown as council clerk and Marianne Hallapy as temporary clerk when Brown is absent;

• Appointed Mogg and Hallapy to the union cemetery board, Crowe to the council of governments and Kerr as health board alternate when the mayor cannot attend and as the city council representative on the Eagle Joint FIre District board;

• Appointed council committee members;

• Heard from service Director Dan Livingston that Republic Services will pick up and dispose of Christmas trees if they are out by garbage cans;

• Authorized Hubbard city to enter into an agreement with the Geauga-Trumbull Waste Management District for property for a fixed recycling drop-off program from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2022.
