Mahoning County grand jury indicts 21

YOUNGSTOWN — Twenty-one people were indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury, including one Warren man whose charges include an allegation that he is a “major drug offender.”Those indicated are:

• Delshawn L. Bell, 26, of Jackson Street SW, Warren, cocaine possession with a major drug offender specification and possession of a fentanyl-related compound with a major drug offender specification.

• Cavante K. Tabb, 20 of the Mahoning County Justice Center, failure to provide notice of change of address.

• Royce C. Craft, 19, of Whipple Avenue, Campbell, failure to verify address.

• Dominic Feliciano, 24, of Redondo Drive, having weapons under disability and obstructing official business.

• Eric J. Kenney, 21, of North St. Clair Street, Girard, felonious assault.

• Eric G. Scott, 34, of Monroe Avenue, Salem, safecracking and petty theft.

• Anthony M. Hancock, 38, of Steubenville, safecracking and petty theft.

• Melissa J. Burton, 46, of Richfield Avenue, Salem, aggravated drug possession with a forfeiture specification, aggravated drug possession, drug possession, two counts of operating a motor vehicle under the influence and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Brenda S. Seufts, 53, of Cleveland, aggravated drug possession with a forfeiture specification, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and a forfeiture specification.

• Diana L. Matheney, 36, of Canfield Road, Youngstown, receiving stolen property and attempted misuse of credit cards.

• Jeffrey K. Handleland Jr., 26, of the Mahoning County Justice Center, receiving stolen property.

• Christopher A. Tsai, 36, of Ohltown Road, Austintown, unauthorized use of a vehicle, domestic violence and violating a protection order.

• Marlynn A. Bender, 34, of New Buffalo Road, Columbiana, receiving stolen property and misuse of credit cards.

• Shane Cook, 46, of Audrey Lane, Struthers, theft.

• Daniel Dilling, 25, of Carter Circle, Boardman, criminal damaging or endangering and disorderly conduct.

• Bridget L. Baskey, 39, of Unity Road, New Springfield, cocaine possession; aggravated drug possession; selling, purchasing, distributing or delivering dangerous drugs; and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Makella Miller, 23, of Holly Drive, theft.•

•Sierra L. Foster, 20, of Jean Street, Campell, theft.

• Nena S. Bivens, 21, of Bancroft Avenue, theft.

•Noah J. Harvey, 19, of Lawrence Avenue, Girard, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

• Charles Smith, 34, of Woodbine Avenue, Struthers, failure to provide notice of change of address.

• Joseph Jordan, 40, of the Mahoning County Justice Center, aggravated drug possession.

• John E. Hinterlong, 47, of Pennsylvania Avenue, Boardman, cocaine possession, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• William McCullough, 26, of the Mahoning County Justice Center, theft.

• Louis Scott, 47, of the Mahoning County Justice Center, failure to verify address.

The grand jury refused to indict Christopher Mason, 51, of East Liberty Street, Mineral Ridge, on domestic violence.
