WEATHERSFIELD FESTIVAL: The Weathersfield Community Flag Day celebration will be Thursday through Saturday at the community park off state Route 46. The May 20 meeting of the Youngstown Area Federation of Women’s Club took place at Double Bogey’s in Boardman, where the presentation of yearly awards for Community Service and Woman of the Year took place. Paul McFadden, president of Youngstown State University Foundation, gave a presentation on the history of the Foundation and how it has supported generations of YSU students through scholarships.
