WARREN — The Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber and MAGNET are partnering again this year to recognize a manufacturer in the Mahoning Valley with the chamber’s Excellence in Manufacturing award.

Nominations are being accepted for the award that focuses on a company’s longevity in business, growth, product or workforce innovation and achievement.

Nominated manufacturers must be located in Trumbull, Mahoning or Columbiana counties and be a member of the chamber. Candidates are encouraged to self-nominate.

Nominations are due by Oct. 1. The award will be presented Nov. 4 at the chamber’s Economic Forecast breakfast at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman. Nominations can be completed and submitted at the chamber’s website, www.regionalchamber.com, under economic development, excellence in manufacturing awards.

Past recipients of the award include Boardman Molded Products in 2017, Haltec Corp. in 2018, Quality Switch in 2019 and Panelmatic Building Solutions in 2020.
