Anniversary event features car show, animals, music on Sunday Penguin City Brewing Co. and DOPE Cider & Wine House, 460 E. Federal St., Youngstown, will celebrate their fourth anniversary together with a Car & Bike Show fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
