Mahoning grand jury indicts many on drugs and weapons charges

YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County grand jury indicted a number of people this week on drug and weapon charges, in addition to other types of alleged offenses.

They are:

Wesley E. Rodocker, 32, Erskine Avenue, Struthers, cocaine possession and aggravated drug possession, both with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case;

Kelia S. Faulk, 25, Compass West Drive, Austintown, illegal processsing of drug documents, attempted deception to obtain a dangerous drug and telecommunications harassment;

Charles Bulatko, 28, Mahoning County jail, felonious assault with notice of prior conviction and a repeat violent offender specification;

Brian L. Geiger, 44, West Ravenwood Avenue, cocaine trafficking and cocaine possession, both with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case and a specification of forfeiture of a gun in a drug case;

Malik M. Bills, 24, West Evergreen Avenue, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon;

Marquise S. Huffman, 28, Mahoning County jail, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and fentanyl-related compound trafficking, cocaine trafficking, fentanyl-related compound possession, cocaine possession, aggravated drug possession, three counts of drug possession, falsification and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, all with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case;

Roscoe D. Pearce Jr., 32, Poland Avenue, Struthers, two counts of breaking and entering, one of possessing criminal tools and one count of falsification;

Tyrell D. Simms, 27, Mahoning County jail, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, being a felon in possession of a firearm, fentanyl-related compound possession, cocaine possession and drug possession;

Dante G. Dodson, 29, West Delason Avenue, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

Kadeem L. Gilmore, 31, Westchester Drive, Austintown, being a felon in possession of a firearm and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

Cameron K. Wells, 28, East Florida Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

Nicholas H. Kovacs, 29, Mahoning County jail, breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools, grand theft and tampering with records;

Rodell S. Franklin, 46, Sherwood Avenue, cocaine possession;

Michael P. Eisenwein, 35, Pleasant Drive, East Palestine, aggravated drug possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case;

Brandon D. Owens, 36, Mahoning County jail, cocaine possession, heroin possession, aggravated drug possession and improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle;

Jerome Whitfield, 56, Mahoning County jail, felonious assault and assault;

Garrett A. Fairchild, 22, Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, New Middletown, marijuana trafficking, marijuana possession, possessing criminal tools, three counts of aggravated drug possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, all with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case and a specification of forfeiture of a gun in a drug case;

Hannah R. Michalak, 23, Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, New Middletown, assault, and marijuana possession, possessing criminal tools and three counts of aggravated drug possession, all with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case and a specification of forfeiture of a gun in a drug case, permitting drug abuse and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia

with a specification of money in a drug case;

Dianet Godoy, 50, Burkey Road, Austintown, nine counts of theft of drugs, nine counts of illegal processing of drug documents and nine counts of forgery.
