¯ BOARDMAN 67, FARRELL (Pa.) 47: YOUNGSTOWN — Derrick Anderson had a career high 34 points to go along with five rebounds and five assists, as the host Spartans improved to 13-1 with a non-league victory over the Farrell (Pa.) Steelers in a Saturday matinee.

Ethan Andersen controlled interior play with 17 points, seven rebounds and five blocks. Tommy Fryda added six points and three assists and Daeone Martin chipped in with six points, and three rebounds.

¯ WEST BRANCH 63, HUBBARD 58: BELOIT — The host Warriors placed three players in double-digit scoring to help negate a huge effort from the Eagles’ Cam Resatar, who netted 35 points and connected on eight 3-pointers.

Reese Leone scored 18 points, Nick Everett had 17 and Dru DeShields tacked on 11 for West Branch, which improved to 12-3 with the non-league verdict.

Chanze Kelley added 13 points for Hubbard, which dropped to 5-9.

¯ WEST BRANCH 51, MINERVA 44: MINERVA — Peyton Alazaus scored 19 points and Hannah Ridgway added 14 points and seven rebounds as the road Warriors improved to 14-2 overall and 8-0 in the Eastern Buckeye Conference.

The Warriors led 29-12 at halftime and held off the host Lions, who slumped to 8-9 and 4-5 in the league.

¯ EAST 48, COLUMBUS SOUTH 38: YOUNGSTOWN — Host East took direction of South from the outset, using a 14-4 first-quarter advantage to earn the upper hand.

The Golden Bears, who improved to 12-5, looked more like Brown bears, as Delana Brown erupted for 30 points. Brianna Thompson added seven points for East, which improved to 12-5.

¯ LIBERTY 65, NEWTON FALLS 46: NEWTON FALLS — The visiting Leopards bolted a 19-8 lead after one quarter and used a 22-15 scoring advantage in the third period to pull away and remain tied with Champion atop the All-American Conference, Blue Tier standings.

Demi Watson scored seven of her 20 points in the first frame and Shar’Da Williamson scored 13 of her game-high 21 points in the third stanza to lead the Leopards, who moved to 14-3 overall and 7-1 in conference action. Cianna Smith added 11 points.

Madison Haidet scored 19 points and Bree Hutson added 13 for the Tigers, who dropped to 10-7 overall and 5-4 in the league.

¯ LaBRAE 68, CAMPBELL 32: LEAVITTSBURG — Jenna Reppart tallied 16 points and Briley Daniels scored 11 as the Vikings dumped the visiting Red Devils in an AAC-Blue Tier matchup.

The Vikings sprinted to a 23-5 lead after one period and led 40-16 by halftime as they improved to 10-5 overall and 4-4 in league play.

Campbell, which dipped to 3-12 and 0-7 got 10 points from India Armour-Clark.

¯ CRESTVIEW 59, BROOKFIELD 23: BROOKFIELD — The visiting Rebels rolled past Brookfield from the tip-off in the AAC-Blue Tier affair.

Crestview led 21-4 after one period, 26-4 at halftime and 44-8 through three quarters.

Krista Perry led the way with 20 points and 11 rebounds for the Rebels, who increased their ledger to 11-5 overall and 4-4 in the league. Addison Bandy posted 12 points and three assists and Tanner Hoffer added 11 points and five boards.

Sophia Hook scored 15 points to pace the Warriors, who are 4-10 overall and 1-7 in conference action.

¯ HARDING 42, CANFIELD 33: CANFIELD — In a tight, low-scoring tilt, the visiting Panthers got past the Cardinals in a big All-American Conference Red Tier game.

Harding led 22-20 at halftime and 29-25 entering the fourth quarter en route to improving its records to 15-2 overall and 5-0 in league play. Faith Burch scored 16 points for the Raiders and Kamarah Bender added 12.

Aiden Orlovsky led the Cardinals with 11 points. Grace Mangapora and Alyssa Dill both added eight points for Canfield, which slipped to 11-5 overall and 4-2 in the league.

¯ KENNEDY CATHOLIC 52, URSULINE 48: YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown State recruit Malia Magestro scored 18 of her game-high 31 points in the pivotal fourth quarter when the Eagles outscored the Irish 23-11.

Ursuline, which led 15-4 after one quarter, 26-22 at halftime and 37-29 entering the fourth quarter, got 21 points from Cara McNally, who made five 3-pointers. Paris Gilmore contributed eight points for the Irish, who fell to 5-12 overall with the non-league setback.

¯ LOWELLVILLE 61, HEARTLAND CHRISTIAN 23: COLUMBIANA — The visiting Rockets placed three players in double-digit scoring and rolled past the Lions in a non-league encounter.

Samantha Kelly led the way with 18 points and Samantha Moore and Lily Vari-Coppola supplied 10 points apiece for Lowellville, which moved to 4-11 overall. The Rockets led 19-7 after one period and 37-10 by halftime. Madi Mathews paced Heartland Christian with 15 markers.

¯ LEETONIA 51, SEBRING 42: SEBRING — Ella Gregorino and Allison Francosky combined to score 27 points as the Bears improved to 9-7 with a non-league win at Sebring.

Gregorino scored 14, Francosky netted 13 and Taran Ferry supplied 10 as Leetonia displayed scoring balance. Ferry had a big game, adding eight rebounds and seven steals in the mix.

Sebring got nine points and eight boards from Abbi D’Ostroph and Emma Whaley scored 10 points.

¯ KENNEDY 53, CHANEY 38: WARREN — Senior Caitlyn Condoleon became the all-time scoring leader at John F. Kennedy, for boys or girls, by scoring 21 points in a non-league home game against Chaney.

Condoleon now has 1,674 career points. She surpassed the previous mark of 1,664 set by 2017 graduate Anonella LaMonica early in the third quarter on Saturday.

Condoleon also grabbed 10 rebounds and two steals and her teammates also played a solid game and stepped up as the Cowboys played a box-and-one defense on Condoleon to limit her looks at the basket.

Faith Hollobaugh had 12 points and nine rebounds and Julia Toth added nine points and 10 rebounds. Myriah Merten supplied seven points, seven assists and 11 rebounds for Kenndy, which improved to 11-5.

Chaney got 16 points from Cazhia Jackson and eight apiece from Atanasia Crockett and Makayla Beckett. The Cowboys fell to 2-15 overall.
