=AUSTINTOWN — Twelve individual former student-athletes, one coach, two teams and one contributor are set to be inducted Sept. 16 into the Austintown Fitch Athletic Hall of Fame.

The 2023 inductees will be introduced at the Sept. 15 Fitch home football game. An induction banquet will follow the following night in Austintown.

To qualify for athletic hall of fame induction, former student-athlete inductees must have excelled in sports at Fitch and have graduated at least 10 years ago. Full teams must have achieved greatness as a whole in Fitch athletic history. Coach inductees must have made an outstanding contribution to Fitch athletics, with service ending at least five years ago.

Also, members of the community may be selected for induction as a contributor based on outstanding contributions to a Fitch athletic program and/or its participants.
