DEAR EDITOR: For 16 years the EPA Endangerment Finding helped protect our environment and our heath and was an important tool in fighting climate change. The “endangerment finding” is the EPA’s scientific and legal conclusion that the Clean Air Act requires regulation of greenhouse gas emissions to protect public health and welfare.
