ORCHID: To Boardman Glenwood Junior High School students, Principal Laura McCreery and the PTA for their exceedingly successful show of support for seventh grader Levi Kulikowsky. Levi has been diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia that requires intensive treatments that will keep him out of Glenwood halls for the rest of the school year. They quickly and compassionately organized a major fundraising campaign to help the family defray the costs of Levi’s treatments. DEAR EDITOR: Something is amiss! In the weekend edition of The Vindicator, Feb. 14-15, a Poland Board of Education member favored the former Poland Union school be torn down to make way for condominiums, saying that wealthy Polandites would gladly buy into the idea because of the condos being so near to the Poland Library located at 311 S. Main St. However, The Vindicator has done several stories on the Poland Library quite possibly vacating its present location. DEAR EDITOR: In Minneapolis there is so much going on — stealing millions of dollars. Have people out protesting so people can forget all the crimes the leaders did. If Alex Pretti had been arrested for spitting on an ICE agent and kicking the car taillight out, he would be alive today. Blue cities let all these people back out on the streets. The poor ICE agents have to go out to find them. If they would let them pick their people up from jail, none of this would have happened. These Democrats have caused these deaths.
