DEAR EDITOR: When I was growing up, they were uncommon; today, they are socially acceptable and mainstream. But, before you decide to get a tattoo, make sure it is an acceptable art design, acceptable to the current administration. What? DEAR EDITOR: Attending the Youngstown Town Hall Meeting last evening was absolutely awesome! It’s a shame that Michael Rulli was unable to attend our “pathetic spectacle” as he so eloquently put it. Unfortunately for him, 2,800 people heard that comment and were not pleased with his lack of leadership in our district. People are paying attention, and what they took notice of is that Gov.
