Ohio SAVE Act would attack voters’ rights

DEAR EDITOR: The Ohio General Assembly has under consideration the “Ohio SAVE Act”. It’s an attack on our voting rights and on our right to amend the Ohio Constitution. These rights are fundamental to a democracy, and we need to protect them! The Ohio SAVE Act does just the opposite. It’s intended to restrict who can vote without any evidence of fraud or abuse. Down side of Success Sequence Curriculum

DEAR EDITOR: Let me start by saying that I have met and like state Sen. Al Cutrona. He seems to listen to both sides of an issue (somewhat rare for a Republican) and does good things for his constituents. But I see some obvious problems with his recent bill, Success Sequence Curriculum. As a retired teacher who worked in a high school for 35 years, I know I would be uncomfortable with this subject matter.
