DEAR EDITOR: I am so mad!!! Why do you choose to put “Hegseth cites fog of war” as front and nearly center headline news so that all the illiterate lovers of MAGA will concur that Pete Hegseth is right when he is so flagrantly wrong. DEAR EDITOR: I’m writing in response to a letter to the editor on 11-29. It seems the writer is offended by the “old and boring” letters to the editors by repeat writers concerning Donald Trump. It is simple really. Donald Trump is a gift that keeps on giving. DEAR EDITOR: To the woman in SoundOff that wrote last week saying that if we stop the slaughter of the deer in Mill Creek Park they will die of starvation and that is a terrible death. I see why you didn’t want to put your name in! So, it’s more calming to be hit by an arrow, run for your life, maybe into traffic, or lie in the woods dying and suffering? Star Parker’s ACA column full of errors

DEAR EDITOR: Star Parker’s “Let’s fix our broken health care system” is filled with inaccurate and misleading information. In her effort to make the ACA appear less important than it is, she erroneously states that “Obamacare deliver[s] health care to 7% of Americans.” A cursory Google search shows that ACA enrollment is nearly double that, at over 13% — 45+ million Americans. She goes on to make per capita expenditure comparisons between the U.S. system and the health care systems of other countries without considering the vast differences between those systems. ...

DEAR EDITOR: This is re: the Diocese decree banning funeral visitation on church property. How uncaring, how unfeeling, how out-of-touch this bishop is! Does this decree apply to priests and nuns, too? Remember who built these churches and who pays to maintain and keep them running. Did anyone even bother to consult the laity as to their needs? No!
