Getting bothered on city’s West Side
DEAR EDITOR:
I live on the West Side of Youngstown. I would like to know why decent people can’t even take a walk without being bothered by money-begging crazy people?
One in particular has been in jail many times, and still roams the streets harassing and threatening people and acting like a lunatic. He has a well-known reputation with all the stores in the area, yet nothing is done to stop him.
I want to know. Why?
