BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Judith W. Rust, 85, formerly of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at her residence. She was born Sept. 14, 1940, in Struthers, to the late Ernest F. and Myrle Eisenbraun Prest. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Donald Prest and Richard Prest. Judy held degrees in education from Kent State University and Youngstown State University.
