Bert E. Pritchard Sr. 1961-2020

Mr. Pritchard was born Nov. 27, 1961, in Youngstown, a son of Bernard R. Sr. and Leonetta Johnson Pritchard.

He was a graduate of East High School and New Castle School of Trades as a welder. He attended Victory Christian Center Coitsville Campus, and loved fishing and being with family, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Leonetta, with whom he made his home; his children, Bert Jr. and Brielle Pritchard, both of Youngstown; his siblings, Bernard Jr. (Denise) Pritchard of Girard, Loretta Pritchard of Youngstown, Mark and Tod Pritchard both of Columbus, Lela Garrett of New Jersey, Jada Henderson and Nia Broome of Youngstown and Eric Alvarado of New Castle, Pa.; three grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father; and grandparents, Ira and Leonard Pritchard, and Stella and Leon Johnson.

Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020, at L.E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home. Guest must wear masks and practice social distancing.

Due to the Pandemic guests are asked not to linger after viewing.

Private services will follow at 2 p.m. for the family.
