Thomas H. Harker 1941-2019
MALVERN — Thomas Harry Harker, 78, born Feb. 26, 1941, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019, peacefully at his home.
Thomas was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, serving two tours in the Vietnam War before being honorably discharged in 1964.
He leaves behind his wife of 51 years, Caren Harker; their three sons, Scott Harker, Timothy (BeckyAnn) Harker and Tristan (Robyn) Harker; his younger brother, Arthur Harker; seven grandchildren, Ashley, Jessica, Emily, Nicole, Blaine, Joshua and Amani; and his two beloved dogs, Sammy and Buddy.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Naomi Harker.
While the family has chosen to hold a private memorial service, there will be a dedication of ashes at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, 2020. The public is welcome to attend.
