Oct. 30, 1:29 a.m. — Mary E. Johnson, 31, 890 Wilson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence and failure to control, following a one-vehicle crash in the area of Sunset Boulevard.

Oct. 29, 10:40 p.m. — Angel S. Ross, 38, 25 Maple Drive, Boardman, was arrested at 4805 Market St. on charges of disorderly conduct-failure to desist, resisting arrest and obstructing official business.

10:30 p.m. — Mohammed Abbas S. Albishri, 36, 26 Willow Drive, Boardman, was arrested at an undisclosed address on domestic violence charges.

3:23 p.m. — A 12-year-old Youngstown girl was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Oct. 27, 10:29 p.m. — Molly A. Dise, 41, 164 Stadium Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

5:58 p.m. — Two 17-year-old New Castle girls were each arrested at 417 Boardman-Poland Road on theft charges.

2:17 p.m. — Joshua M. Miniotas, 33, 100 Montville St., Pittsburgh, Pa., was arrested at 458 Boardman-Canfield Road on a public indecency charge.

8:20 a.m. — 2013 Chevrolet Cruze reported stolen at 4521 South Ave.

12:53 a.m. — Ryan R. Silvas, 31, 5940 Applecrest Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

Oct. 26, 2:07 a.m. — Trish M. Jones, 46, 650 Afton Ave., Boardman, was arrested at Lowe’s, 1100 Doral Drive, on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired.

1:13 a.m. — A 17-year-old Youngstown girl was cited for unruly juvenile and a seatbelt violation following a traffic stop at an OVI checkpoint diversion area.

Oct. 25, 7:40 p.m. — Ryan B. Moore, 48, 4250 Hillman Way, Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

6:02 p.m. — Nicholas E. Oracio, 21, 180 W. Evergreen Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Liberty police on a Boardman theft warrant.

12:42 a.m. — Jeffrey T. Westrem, 46, 1865 Oles Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

Oct. 24, 11:22 p.m. — Ryan M. Massey, 20, 60 Sciota Ave., Boardman, was arrested in the woods behind 5240 South Ave. on charges of underage consumption of alcohol and disorderly conduct.

8:31 p.m. — Layla R. Sims, 18, 1998 Mathews Road, Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

5:35 p.m. — A 14-year-old Boardman boy was arrested at a Palo Verde Drive residence on an unruly juvenile charge.

4:30 p.m. — Dante L. Group, 19, 167 Lauderdale Ave., Youngstown, and Taylor C. Jackson, 22, 1336 Powersdale Ave., Youngstown, were each arrested on theft charges at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Oct. 23, 2:40 p.m. — James E. Artrup, 36, 7393 South Ave., Boardman, was arrested in the 800 block of Boardman Poland Road on a domestic violence charge.
