April 22, 6:51 p.m. -- Solimar B. Morales, 29, 79 Terrace Drive, Boardman, was arrested at that address on a Canfield warrant for failure to appear for a payment plan review.

5:57 p.m. -- Carmen I. Morales, 50, 79 Terrace Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence at that address.

2:38 p.m. -- Vincent M. Broll, 38, 524 Geneva Ave., Struthers, was arrested at 134 Boardman-Poland Road on charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and disorderly conduct (public intoxication) and on an undisclosed warrant.

1:14 p.m. -- Timothy J. Furgas, 35, 6300 South Ave. was arrested on a charge of theft at 417 Boardman-Poland Road.

11:18 a.m. -- A 10-year-old Youngstown boy and a 12-year-old Youngstown boy were arrested on charges of theft at 1300 Doral Drive.

10:47 a.m. -- Mario Wright, 21, 631 Creed St., Struthers, was arrested on a charge of theft on post.

7:46 a.m. -- Ellis L. Patterson, 50, 2219 Draper St., Warren, was taken into custody at the Trumbull County Jail on three Boardman theft warrants.

5:42 a.m. -- A blue Hyundai Elantra was reported stolen from 4071 Glenwood Ave., and during the investigation, a silver Hyundai Elantra at the same address was observed to have a smashed side window and peeled steering column.

2:20 a.m. -- Four 16-year-old Boardman boys were issued curfew violation citations during a traffic stop on Boardman-Poland Road and were released to the custody of their parents.

12:05 a.m. -- Jacob J. Spohn, 25, 23 Hawthorne St., Struthers, was arrested on Melrose Avenue on a Youngstown warrant for violation of a court order.

April 21, 10:24 p.m. -- A 15-year-old Boardman boy was arrested on an unruly juvenile charge at a Melrose Avenue residence.

April 20, 6:05 p.m. -- James R. Brorman, 42, 4811 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge at the intersection of Market Street and Indianola Road.

7:29 a.m. -- Charles R. Carroll, 38, 5317 Adams Ave., Ashtabula, was arrested at an undisclosed location on charges of domestic violence, criminal trespassing and disrupting a public service.

2:23 a.m. -- Marshall A. Wilcox, 58, 454 Melbourne Ave., Boardman, following a vehicle pursuit that ended at his garage on operating a vehicle impaired and failure to comply charges and was cited for reckless operation.

April 19, 10:34 p.m. -- Jennifer M. Love, 53, 252 Maywood Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence at that address.

5:24 p.m. -- A 17-year-old Youngstown girl was arrested on a charge of theft at 1300 Doral Drive.

April 18, 10:20 p.m. -- John A. Peyko, 39, 171 Newport Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of theft at 417 Boardman-Poland Road.

10:17 p.m. -- Kevin L. Streeter, 36, 356 North St., Warren, was arrested by Trumbull County deputies on a Boardman theft warrant.

April 17, 10:10 p.m. -- Mariah E. Morales, 19, 174 Matta Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft at 417 Boardman-Poland Road.

5:59 p.m. -- Scott D. Honthy, 49, 136 Erskine Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle impaired on a traffic stop on Erie Street and was cited for speeding.

4:34 p.m. -- A 16-year-old Poland girl was arrested on a charge of theft at 417 Boardman-Poland Road.

3:41 p.m. -- Mutual aid assistance was provided to the Youngstown Police Department involved with an investigation into a report of gunfire on Erie Street.

April 16, 9 p.m. -- An attempted theft and criminal damaging (broken side window) of a 2012 Kia Sportage was reported at 4259 Chester Drive.

3:54 p.m. -- Terry A. Jacobs, 45, 502 West Ravenwood Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle impaired charge and was cited for driving while under suspension and failure to signal a turn during a traffic stop on Midlothian Boulevard.

April 1, 10:47 p.m. -- Herbert R. Cross, 52, 840 W. Indianola Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Mahoning County deputies on a Boardman warrant for violation of a protection order.

7 p.m. -- Al Jonae M. Phillips, 26, 530 E. Wood St., Lowellville, was arrested during a two-vehicle crash investigation at the intersection of Grover Drive and Indianola Road on a felonious assault charge and a Liberty Township warrant for failure to appear on theft charges, and was cited for driving while under suspension.

6:40 p.m. -- A 15-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested on a theft charge at the Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St.

2:47 p.m. -- Curtis M. Smith, 51, 4602 Montrose Ave., Boardman, was arrested after crashing his vehicle into a residence at 7374 Sierra Madre Trail, on charges of operating a vehicle impaired, abusing harmful intoxicants, and tampering with evidence, and was cited for failure to control and failure to reinstate license.

3:20 p.m. -- A 14-year-old Youngstown girl was arrested at the Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St., on a theft charge and was cited for underage possession of tobacco.

8:05 a.m. -- Chevar D. Mitchell, 36, 57 Willow Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.
