April 22, 6:51 p.m. — Solimar B. Morales, 29, 79 Terrace Drive, Boardman, was arrested at that address on a Canfield warrant for failure to appear for a payment plan review.
5:57 p.m. — Carmen I. Morales, 50, 79 Terrace Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence at that address.
2:38 p.m. — Vincent M. Broll, 38, 524 Geneva Ave., Struthers, was arrested at 134 Boardman-Poland Road on charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and disorderly conduct (public intoxication) and on an undisclosed warrant.
1:14 p.m. — Timothy J. Furgas, 35, 6300 South Ave. was arrested on a charge of theft at 417 Boardman-Poland Road.
11:18 a.m. — A 10-year-old Youngstown boy and a 12-year-old Youngstown boy were arrested on charges of theft at 1300 Doral Drive.
10:47 a.m. — Mario Wright, 21, 631 Creed St., Struthers, was arrested on a charge of theft on post.
7:46 a.m. — Ellis L. Patterson, 50, 2219 Draper St., Warren, was taken into custody at the Trumbull County Jail on three Boardman theft warrants.
5:42 a.m. — A blue Hyundai Elantra was reported stolen from 4071 Glenwood Ave., and during the investigation, a silver Hyundai Elantra at the same address was observed to have a smashed side window and peeled steering column.
2:20 a.m. — Four 16-year-old Boardman boys were issued curfew violation citations during a traffic stop on Boardman-Poland Road and were released to the custody of their parents.
12:05 a.m. — Jacob J. Spohn, 25, 23 Hawthorne St., Struthers, was arrested on Melrose Avenue on a Youngstown warrant for violation of a court order.
April 21, 10:24 p.m. — A 15-year-old Boardman boy was arrested on an unruly juvenile charge at a Melrose Avenue residence.
April 20, 6:05 p.m. — James R. Brorman, 42, 4811 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge at the intersection of Market Street and Indianola Road.
7:29 a.m. — Charles R. Carroll, 38, 5317 Adams Ave., Ashtabula, was arrested at an undisclosed location on charges of domestic violence, criminal trespassing and disrupting a public service.
2:23 a.m. — Marshall A. Wilcox, 58, 454 Melbourne Ave., Boardman, following a vehicle pursuit that ended at his garage on operating a vehicle impaired and failure to comply charges and was cited for reckless operation.

3:54 p.m. — Terry A. Jacobs, 45, 502 West Ravenwood Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle impaired charge and was cited for driving while under suspension and failure to signal a turn during a traffic stop on Midlothian Boulevard.

April 1, 10:47 p.m. — Herbert R. Cross, 52, 840 W. Indianola Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Mahoning County deputies on a Boardman warrant for violation of a protection order.
7 p.m. — Al Jonae M. Phillips, 26, 530 E. Wood St., Lowellville, was arrested during a two-vehicle crash investigation at the intersection of Grover Drive and Indianola Road on a felonious assault charge and a Liberty Township warrant for failure to appear on theft charges, and was cited for driving while under suspension.
6:40 p.m. — A 15-year-old Youngstown boy was arrested on a theft charge at the Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St.
