YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown police officers and a highway patrol trooper arrested two juveniles Wednesday night at Glenwood and Indianola avenues in a stolen car that was involved hours earlier in an armed robbery/car -jacking in Pennsylvania. YOUNGSTOWN — The Poland branch of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County became the focus of another meeting of the library’s board of trustees.
