April 28, 7:01 p.m. — Mark Strabala was arrested at the intersection of Mahoning Avenue and state Route 46 on a disorderly conduct charge (fighting).

6:24 p.m. — William Young was arrested at O’Reilly’s on a Weathersfield police warrant and on charges of assault, resisting arrest and menacing.

April 27, 8:25 p.m. — James A. Yeagley was arrested at Walmart on a theft charge and on a Canton Municipal Court warrant.

1:13 p.m. — Theft of $120 reported at Humility House, 755 Ohltown Road.

8:53 a.m. — Illegal dumping of a mattress reported at 3691 LeHarps Road.

April 24, 3:28 p.m. — Devin Barnes was arrested at Meijer on charges of theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and an undisclosed warrant.

12:17 p.m. — Theft of methadone reported at 941 Compass West.

April 23, 3:49 p.m. — Vanessa Quarles was arrested at 107 Westchester Drive on an assault charge.

2:40 p.m. — Mae Fox was arrested at the Austintown Plaza on charges of drug possession, falsification and drug paraphernalia.

6:24 a.m. — A $380,000 investment scam reported at a Colgate Drive home.

April 26 — Joseph Court, 39, 160 Atwater Ave., Alliance, was issued a summons for OVI and texting while driving following a traffic stop on state Route 446.

April 25 — A 17-year-old Bristolville boy was cited for assured clear distance following a three-vehicle crash on East Main Street.

April 24 — Shane Murphy, 20, 10437 Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was arrested on a Columbiana County warrant for menacing and was issued a summons for underage alcohol possession/consumption and drug abuse (marijuana) following a traffic stop on Fairground Boulevard.

April 22 — A 15-year-old Canfield boy was issued a summons at the Mahoning County Career & Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia (dab pen) and drug abuse (THC oil).

April 22 — David Hart, 18, 4348 New Castle Road, Lowellville, was issued summons at the Mahoning County Career & Technical Center on charges of drug paraphernalia (dab pen) and drug abuse (THC oil).

April 22 — Sarah Goett, 24, 1196 Adelaide Ave. SE, Warren, was issued a summons during a traffic stop on Lisbon Street on a charge of transportation of marijuana in a motor vehicle and was cited for a defective exhaust.

April 20 — Connor Kerr, 18, 3185 S. Bailey Road, North Jackson, was issued a summons at the Mahoning County Career & Technical Center on charges of drug abuse (THC oil) and drug paraphernalia (dab pen).

April 18 — Lamine Gueye, 25, 843 Pasadena Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Shields Road on a charge of OVI and was cited for speeding (40 in a 25 mph zone).

April 17 — Angelina Steele, 18, 230 Lilburne Drive, Youngstown, was issued a summons at the Mahoning County Career & Technical Center on charges of drug abuse (THC oil) and drug paraphernalia (dab pen).

April 16 — Jacob Rupp, 31, 19540 Harrisburg-Westville Road, Beloit, was arrested during a traffic stop on South Broad Street on charges of OVI and open container, and was cited for two brake lights required.
