The board:
● Approved financial reports as presented by the treasurer.
● Approved an academic service agreement with LearnWell to provide educational services for students who have been admitted to a medical facility at a cost of $59 per hour.
● Authorized the district to participate in the Encourage College and Career Planning Program at no cost.
● Approved an agreement with Proactive Behavior Services LLC to provide Certified Behavior Analyst services for no more than 300 hours at $178 per hour.
● Approved the addition of the administrative position of operations and events coordinator.
● Approved changing the title of assistant high school principal to assistant principal.
● Approved the appointment of Colleen Joss to the position of Credit Recovery Teacher at $25 per hour.
● Approved the appointment of Anna Marie Horvath to the position of substitute teacher at $26 per hour.
● Approved a continuing contract for Megan Maine, intervention specialist.
● Abolished the following vacant administrative positions: business manager, STEM chief administrative officer; PD data coach/assistant principal; associate K-3 principal; and after-school program coordinator/assistant principal.
● Approved the following supplemental contracts: Angeliz Diaz, girls 9th Grade basketball coach, $3,349.92; Austin Jones, girls varsity assistant basketball coach, $6,281.10; Janna Jackson, girls varsity assistant basketball coach, $6,281.10; John Childers, boys varsity assistant basketball coach, $6,699.84; Steve Hunt, volunteer boys varsity basketball coach; Paul Kish, assistant athletic director/ticket manager, $7,537.32; Melinda Fitzhenry, band director and summer band director, $8,374.80; Maggie Bork, assistant band director and summer band, $2,931.18; Amy Pallini, senior class adviser (half contract), $1,884.33; Alaina Rauber, senior class adviser (half contract, $1,884.33; Priscilla Espada Garcia, sophomore class adviser, $2,093.70; Melinda Fitzhenry, freshman class adviser, $1,256.22; Maria Lowery, Memorial Mentors (half contract), $ 418.74; Alaina Rauber, Memorial Mentors (half contract), $ 418.74; Douglas Eisenbraun, robotics adviser, $1,674.96; Zuza Livosky Impact yearbook adviser, $1,674.96; Carolyn Stanyard, Red Devil Wrap-up adviser, $1,674.96; Annette Tovarnak, sixth grade student council adviser, $ 837.48; and Kevin Timlin, middle school football coach, $4,187.40.
