Present: Victoria Davis, John Landers, R. Scot Murray, Candace Rivera and Thomas Varley

The board:

● Approved the financial report for March 2026 as submitted by the treasurer.

● Approved an agreement with the Murphy Contracting Co. for the press box repairs project, with a contract amount not to exceed $97,898, plus limited change order authority.

● Approved the graduation list for the Class of 2026.

● Approved the district’s cybersecurity program resolution to authorize the superintendent and treasurer to take actions to implement the procurement of services and software required to achieve compliance with House Bill 96.

● Approved continuing contracts for: Joseph Hollabaugh, Boardman High School BSTN production teacher; Joseph Lendak, Boardman High School social studies teacher; Mark Lias, Boardman Center Intermediate School, grade 5 math teacher; Andrea Lordi, Stadium Drive Elementary School first-grade teacher; Kate Sears, Boardman Center Intermediate School art teacher; and Chelsea Wisbar, Boardman Glenwood Junior High School visual art teacher.

● Approved limited contracts for Randall Gains and Rebecca Horton as bus drivers.

● Approved the following appointments: Alyssa Birch, Boardman High School assistant volleyball coach; Joseph Lendak, Boardman High School freshmen head volleyball coach; Zachary Pezzuolo, Boardman High School assistant volleyball coach; Joanne Gardner, Boardman High School head boys tennis coach; Lanny Kilpatrick, Boardman High School assistant girls track coach; and Bob Mingo, Boardman High School assistant baseball coach.

● Approved the following volunteers: Ava Freeborough- Boardman High School assistant softball coach; and Reagan Smith, Boardman High School girls track coach.

● Approved the following transfers: Daniel Everson from a Cleaning I at Boardman Glenwood Junior High School to Custodian III-maintenance helper; and Doralene Vasko from a 6.5-hour cook at Boardman High School to a 6.5-hour food service helper for the District’s Food Service Department.

● Approved the following resignations: Michelle Peters, Central Office, administrative assistant to the superintendent, retirement; Melinda DePietro, Boardman Center Intermediate School, guidance counselor, final year of retire/rehire; Michael Kenneally, Boardman Center Intermediate School, in-school reassignment (ISR) and Boardman High School athletic trainer, final year of retire/rehire; Mary Jane Marinucci, Boardman High School, English teacher, retirement; Richard Smrek, Boardman High School, guidance counselor, retirement; Melissa Williams, Boardman High School, English teacher, retirement; Joseph Ingram, Robinwood Lane Elementary School, head custodian, retirement; Jodi Pacella, Robinwood Lane Elementary School, teacher aide-LEP, retirement; Rabia Ait El Madani. Boardman High School, Cleaning I, resignation; Connie Felicetty, West Boulevard Elementary School, cafeteria server, resignation; Jose Torres, bus driver, resignation; Julie Geiss, Boardman Center Intermediate School, Title I tutor, resignation; and Alyssa Birch, Boardman High School, freshmen head volleyball coach, resignation.
