YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following people Thursday:

•Tiffany Michalak, 45, Aylesboro Avenue, Boardman, theft of mail.

•Terry Janiel, 20, Mahoning County jail, tampering with evidence and misdemeanor obstructing official business.

•Daniel Dourlain, 20, Mahoning County jail, tampering with evidence and misdemeanor obstructing official business.

•Eric Lewis, 18, Clarencedale Avenue, tampering with evidence and misdemeanor obstructing official business.

•Danny Geisler, 37, Mahoning County jail, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, escape and misdemeanor obstructing official business.

•Joseph A. McCudden, 31, Allen Drive, Boardman, tampering with evidence, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and misdemeanor theft.

•Herman Brink, 18, Oregon Avenue, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

•James L. West, 71, Wedgewood Drive, Austintown, two counts of sexual battery and one misdemeanor count of grooming.

•Abby R. Patterson, 38, Dehoff Drive, Austintown, aggravated drug possession and two counts of misdemeanor OVI.
