Updated I-680 ramp closures
The Ohio Department of Transportation announced new Interstate 680 ramp closures Friday that will begin Sunday as part of its I-680 pavement replacement work.
Starting at 10 p.m. Sunday, the following ramps will be closed through late fall:
• Sillman Street to I-680 southbound. The detour will be Steel Street to Mahoning Avenue to Belle Vista Avenue to Oakwood Street to I-680.
• State Route 193 to I-680 southbound. The detour will be I-680 northbound to state Route 711 to U.S. 422 eastbound to U.S.62 west/Route 7 south to I-680 south.
• I-680 southbound to Glenwood Avenue/Mahoning Avenue. The detour will be I-680 southbound to South Avenue to Front Street to Marshall Street.
• Glenwood Avenue/Mahoning Avenue to I-680 south. The detour will be High Street to Oak Hill to Falls Avenue to Market Street to Williamson Avenue to South Avenue.
• I-680 south to Market Street south and north. The detour will be I-680 south to South Avenue to Williamson Avenue to Market Street.
• I-680 south to U.S. 62/Route 7 north. The detour will be I-680 south to South Avenue to U.S.62/Route 7.
Also starting at 3 a.m. Monday, I-680 southbound traffic will be crossed over onto the northbound lanes through late fall while I-680 southbound is reconstructed.
